You will have received a tracking number via email and, if you have agreed to do so, via Facebook messenger. If you have not received this please check your SPAM folder. 

You can also find your tracking number online in your account. If you do not currently have an account with us simple create one now using the email address you used when placing your order. This will give you access to your tracking information. Open an account here.

We accept payments by credit card (except American Express), PaypalKlarna payment and direct Bank Transfer. 

We ensure the highest security standards when handling your data via our Laboparis Online Store. All credit and debit card transactions are processed by “Global Collect International Payment Services”. This is a  secure online gateway that securely holds and handles all the information you provide relating to payment for your order.


You should have received an email confirmation within 2 hours of placing the order.  If your payment has already gone through please check that you have used the correct email address and also check your SPAM folder.  If you are still unsure, please contact our customer service.  They will be more than happy to help you.

Once your order is confirmed we cannot change the order in any way.  This includes a change or address, product or payment method.  This is because we have such a high flow of orders.  However, we recommend that you cancel the original order and then simply reorder correctly, and there is a clear way of doing this within a few minutes of receiving the order confirmation.

Of course, we want you to be totally satisfied with our product, but if for some reason you would like to return you have the option to do this in accordance with our general terms and conditions. You can read more about returning orders via our store at located in our General Terms and Conditions section. You can cancel the order without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving your order. All ordered products must be returned unused, in good condition and in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns if the product has been opened. All our customers are guaranteed a new and undamaged produce.  A product that has been opened and/or tested becomes unsaleable and therefore we cannot accept its return. 

If we receive open products we will not accept delivery and always return these to the customer.

Once your order is confirmed our warehouse immediately prepares the products for shipping.  The package is delivered through DPD Courier. Delivery time is 2-8 working days.

Delivery costs - £ 5.00

NB:  At busy times shipping can sometimes take slightly more time than normal.  However, we always work hard to make sure that your orders will be delivered on time. In the near future we are aiming to offer a 1-2 days delivery time.

If your package has been damaged in transit it is important to keep all of the packaging and contents so that we can inspect it if necessary.  Please take a picture of the broken packaging from outside before opening and any other photographs which show damage and send it to us via email at  Please send a letter of complaint at the same time, giving details of the damage.  Our complaints department will then contact you via email to take the claim further. 

NOTE: If you ordered products in a glass container you will need to discard the product even if it looks intact.  This is to prevent the ingestion of small particles of glass which could cause serious health problems. 

All of our products are manufactured respectfully:  We do not use irradiated products, and you can be sure that none of our products contain GMO ingredients, preservatives or nano-particles. None of our products contain any harmful ingredients, and the list of ingredients are all available on each product sheet.

None of our products are, or will ever be, tested on animals.

LABO Paris products are free of any side effects. However, always review the ingredients to check for any sensitivities or allergies you may have.

Instructions on how to use the product can be found in the item description under  "Usage".

All products that are suitable for use by pregnant and lactating women are marked with a pictogram "pregnant and lactating woman".  We also recommend that you speak to your healthcare professional and gain approval before using our products.
